In a double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled crossover trial published in Nutrients, researchers evaluated the short-term cognitive and mood effects of a single 1,000 mg dose of MycoThrive™ Lion’s Mane mushroom extract found in Logic, in healthy adults.
The study was designed to assess attention, working memory, mental processing speed, and overall mood. Participants received one of three treatments in separate sessions: 1,000 mg of MycoThrive™ Lion’s Mane, 650 mg of guayusa extract, or a placebo.
