Review Scope: Logic Lion’s Mane formulation, clinical claims, and supporting human trial data.
Expert Review Statement:
“I reviewed Logic Lion’s Mane and its referenced clinical study (La Monica et al., Nutrients 2023). The study, a randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover in 40 healthy adults, showed acute cognitive improvements (attention, working memory, reaction time) at 60–120 minutes following 1 g of standardized Lion’s Mane extract. Logic provides 970 mg/day of the same standardized ingredient in liquid form; this minor difference and the study’s sponsor funding are transparently disclosed.”

Expert Review Statement:
“The advertised product Logic Lion’s Mane by the brand Of The Ancients has been determined to be clinically accurate. Overall, the correlation between the product’s claims and the study’s findings is strong. The clinical evidence supports the advertised benefits, particularly the acute cognitive improvements observed at the two-hour mark. However, further peer review and additional research could reinforce the generalizability of these results to wider populations.”
