I reviewed Logic Lion’s Mane and its referenced clinical study (La Monica et al., Nutrients 2023). The study, a randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover in 40 healthy adults, showed acute cognitive improvements (attention, working memory, reaction time) at 60–120 minutes following 1 g of standardized Lion’s Mane extract.
