Reviews Policy
Of The Ancients appreciates all reviews and the time spent by those who provide detailed reviews. We strive to hear all voices and all opinions are encouraged on this site, including those with negative feedback. We use a third party review software for our website reviews.
However, some reviews are not appropriate and may be deleted to protect our readers. Our small team strives to make best efforts to maintain best practices as it pertains to reviews on our website.
Review Removal Reasons
We will consider removing inappropriate reviews for the following reasons:
1. Genuine User
Reviews should be written by people who have experience with the product, for example those who have received free product (if you have received a free product please indicate that you received the product for free in your review if the software does not allow for this to be selected in the review options) or as a paying customer. Speaking to the company on the phone or exchanging emails is not sufficient.
2. Personal Experience
Reviews should provide feedback on the reviewer’s actual personal experience of using the product or service. It is inappropriate to post hearsay or speculation on the opinions of others or other items completely unrelated to the product as a ‘review’.
3. Review As A Whole
Reviews should be regarding the product overall.
4. No Hate Speech or Offensive Content
Any postings containing hate speech or offensive content will be deleted. We also do not allow reviews that directly attack or harass individuals on a personal level, or expose an individual’s personal information or otherwise harm.
5. Duplication
We want a range of viewpoints to be heard. Duplicate reviews may be subject to removal. Please do not submit multiple reviews of the same listing.
6. Spam or Promotional / Third Party Links
We do not allow reviews that are spam or purely promotional in nature. We also do not endorse and are not responsible for any third party links or information.
7. Other Factors
Reviews may be reviewed or removed for reasons related to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or other factors.

No Incentives Given For Reviews
Of The Ancients does not offer, and will not offer, any monetary compensation for reviews. Any content should not be submitted to receive or coerce any kind of benefit, reward, or advantage. In addition, we do not allow for threatening or offering to submit or remove a review based on certain demands, or threatening to submit a negative review unless certain demands or payments are met.

Please be aware that we do not encourage submission of reviews that violate this policy or applicable regulations in any way. We do not provide incentive, nor ask the customer to give positive ratings. We do not ask you to make specific comments.
